These terms & conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the website. You will not be able to access all areas of this website without registering your details with us, and waiting for your account to be activated, which can take up to 24 hours.
You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions. Different Terms and Conditions of the customer shall not apply unless their validity is agreed in written form between the both parties.
Use of our images of models wearing the product is strictly forbidden. Any company or brand found to be using our imagery will be refused future products and may be prosecuted. Babez London own the rights to all images being used on our website as well as its sister company. Mannequin shots only are allowed to be used.
ORDERING FROM US
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order & correct any errors. We will send an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund or store credit.
We will NOT be able to combine multiple orders placed, this is due to the extra time, admin and work it takes to pack and re-pack and this causes more work for everyone involved. Therefore we advise ordering everything together or you will need to pay separate shipping on every order.
Payments must be made before orders can be dispatched. Please pay online through the payment provider Paypal or Credit Card powered by Worldpay. If you experience any problems with payment, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
No liability for any claim for damage shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor within 24hrs of delivery. This period may be extended at the sole discretion of the vendor.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT , but we shall show VAT separately & include it in the total price. If there are any errors on the website regarding price after your item has been ordered we will contact you regarding this error and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order.
Items in our clearance categories are non returnable non refundable. Items have been at a much higher price and are reduced significantly to make way for new stock. Some items (very few) may have small marks on them this is a chance you take when purchasing clearance items.
Any discount code is subject to terms and conditions stated when offered. Misuse of coupon codes can lead to orders being withheld until correct payment is received.
UK & INTL SHIPPING
UPS - Orders placed after 3.00 pm GMT will be processed the next day
DHL - Orders placed after 1.00 pm GMT will be processed the next day
Please note, on busy days or for various reasons, this is not a guaranteed next day service, this is next day from the day of dispatch. Some orders may not be processed until the following day.
If free shipping is applied due to spending the required amount, any other orders placed will NOT be able to be shipped with the free shipping order. All separate orders will need to have shipping applied and dispatched separately.
Shipping costs for international orders are dependant on the destination, and will be calculated at checkout. We ship internationally with DHL & UPS, and orders should arrive well within a week of the initial order being placed. If preferred, customers can also arrange for their own courriers to collect the order at our Manchester branch, and not pay any shipping charges with us. After an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the customer notifying them of this, and providing a tracking number.
Delivery is charged from £5 (Next Day Delivery)
These prices are charged at a flat rate. If your order exceeds the weight limit for price charged or the amounts of boxes are higher than average you will be contacted to pay the extra shipping cost.
International delivery cost is dependent on the destination. The prices for shipping are calculated and charged at the checkout. A returns request must be made prior to returning any goods stating the reason for the return. Any goods that are not damaged MUST be returned in its original packaging. Sale and non faulty items being returned can only be returned for store credit.
Damaged items may be returned as long as we are notified ASAP, and no longer than 14 days after delivery. If we still have the same style in stock, a replacement may be sent with your next order, but if not, you can choose between receiving store credit, or a refund.
Depending on the payment method, refunds can take between 1-5 working days to clear.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
The postage costs for returned items that are not damaged are the responsibility of the customer. Undamaged items can only be exchanged for store credit. Damaged Sale items can only be exchanged for store credit and the return cost is the responsibility of the customer. If damaged items are being returned from multiple orders, each individual item has to have the corresponding order number referenced, as this speeds up the return process.
